This free resource can be used for secondary aged students with conditions such as ASD who struggle to identify their emotions. This resource can be used during a social communication skills session, managing emotions session and/or a session on positive coping skills. Using the 5-point scale and letting the student fill in the worksheet will help both yourself as a staff member and your student in understanding what happens when they become distressed.

Sleep hygiene is explained in an accessible and friendly way through **two worksheet tasks. ** Worksheet one contains an activity for students to identify what are ‘helpful’ and ‘unhelpful’ for a good nights sleep. Worksheet two contains an example activity, allowing students to apply their learning from worksheet one in a practical way. There are also prompt sheets freely available with this resource that can provide points of conversation for the staff member facilitating these activities as well as a guide on what is and is not a healthy habit before sleeping.
